Who died and made you GOD???

There are some high-minded folks walking around telling others that they do NOT meet the standards of what is acceptable!!!  They want to say that most of us, do NOT act right, talk right, dress right, or drive the right cars.  And of course, we certainly do NOT live in the right houses!!!

What do I mean by high-minded???  When I looked it up these are the first words that I saw:  haughty; proud; arrogant. 

What is really sad is that they truly have NO IDEA!!! 

NO IDEA???  YES, NO IDEA!!!  

THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW MUCH GOD LOVES EVERYONE INCLUDING THEM!!!  

And for some reason they have the mistaken idea that they are better than everyone else!!!  And what is really sad is that some of these folks have kids and they are teaching their kids this same attitude!!! 

Luke 6:31 (NKJV) And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.

 

And let’s not lay this attitude off on those with money!!!  It has nothing to do with money, but rather a sense of entitlement!!!  You know, the attitude of “I deserve to be treated better than everyone else!!!”  “I am entitled to…”  (You fill in the blank.)  

And this sense of entitlement that they have developed has lead them to be high-minded!!!

So, to these high-minded people (and those kids that have this attitude), I ask a question, “Who Died and made you God?”

If you have an answer for that question, then I have news for you!!!

First of ALL, GOD IS GOD ALL BY HIMSELF!!!  And HE DON’T NEED NO HELP!!!  (It may not be correct English, but it is very, very true!!!)

Secondly, GOD AIN’T DEAD!!!  And, YOU DON’T GET TO RULE IN HIS STEAD!!!  

Now that we have that cleared up, let’s clear one more thing up!!!  NO ONE, BUT GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO JUDGE OTHERS!!!

HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO JUDGE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!  FOR ANY REASON!!!

 

Luke 6:36-37 (KJV) ³⁶Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. 

 ³⁷Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

This goes for Christians, as well.  Just because you are saved doesn’t make you better than everyone else!!  

And you have no right to be judging others because you think that they have sinned!!!  THAT IS GOD’S JOB!!!  NOT YOURS!!!

Matthew 7:1-2 (TNIV) ¹ “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.

² For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

 

And what if they have sinned??  That’s between them and GOD!!!  It isn’t any of your business!!!  You ought to learn to mind your own business!!!

I don’t care what you thought you saw or heard!!! 



I don’t care of they have supposedly sinned and you saw it ALL happen!!!  If you talk about them, then you are sinning because you are gossiping!!! 



I do NOT care if what you are saying is the truth or NOT, it is still gossip!!! 

And YES, I said, “supposedly sinned!”   Half of what everyone else says a person is doing, just isn’t true!!! 



To be truthful those tattling and gossiping on other people are more likely to go to HELL than anyone else!!!  

I don’t know how many times, I have heard someone say that they are NOT sinning when they talk about someone else because they say that they are telling the truth!!!

If you would spend less time talking and more time studying your Bible, you would find that if you talk about another person and tell their business to everyone, you are sinning!!!  
     

Leviticus 19:16 (AMP) You shall not go up and down as a dispenser of gossip and scandal among your people… 





And don't bother to get mad at me for telling you the truth!!!  



A pastor I know would always say, “IF THE SHOE DOESN’T FIT, YOU CAN’T WEAR IT!!!”
