ARE WE DOING “IT” GOD’S WAY???

God couldn’t possibly know anything!!!  He doesn’t know how anything works!!!  

God created the heaven and the earth.  God created this ole’ world and everything in it!!!  He created the whole universe and set it in order.

Genesis 1:1-10 (KJV)

 ¹In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

 ²And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

 ³And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

 ⁴And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

 ⁵And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

 ⁶And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

 ⁷And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

 ⁸And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

 ⁹And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

 ¹⁰And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called He Seas: and God saw that it was good.

God created every living creature.  HE didn’t just create the dogs and the cats, HE created us in HIS own image!!! 

Genesis 1:20-27 (NKJV)

²⁰ Then God said, “Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament of the heavens.”

²¹ So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

²² And God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”

²³ So the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

²⁴ Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind”; and it was so.

²⁵ And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

²⁶ Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

²⁷ So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

God created every living thing.  He spoke and the earth was created.  He spoke and HIS WORDS took form and shape!!! 


Genesis 1:11-12 (KJV)

¹¹And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

 ¹²And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

When God created the world with HIS WORDS, HE set everything in order and HE set everything in motion.  Because GOD said it, IT HAPPENED!!!  And because God said it, IT IS SO!!! 



Genesis 1:14-15 (KJV)

¹⁴And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

 ¹⁵And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

God is the Final Authority!!!  God is the one who decides what will happen in the end!!!  HE HAS THE FINAL SAY-SO!!!

 

 

Because HE IS GOD, He has the right and the authority to decide the outcome of every living thing!!!  He made the rules and everything in the universe works according to HIS RULES!!!

 

 

 

If we do things God’s Way, life is so much easier for us!!!  If we abide by HIS rules, then everything works well for us!!!



John 15:7 (NKJV) If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

 

God gave us the power and authority to speak words and to see those WORDS become!!!  THE WORDS THAT WE SPEAK HAVE POWER!!!

 

Mark 11:22-24 (NKJV)

²² So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.

²³ For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

²⁴ Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

God made rules for HEALING and for GETTING HEALED!!!  GOD MADE RULES FOR US TO GET OUR HEALING BECAUSE HE WANTS EVERYONE TO BE HEALED!!!  GOD WANTS ALL OF US TO BE WELL IN OUR MINDS AND IN OUR BODIES!!!

 

 

God made provision for us.  He made provision for those who were sick.  HE WANTS US ALL TO BE HEALED!!!

 

James 5:13-15 (AMP)

      ¹³Is anyone among you afflicted (ill-treated, suffering evil)? He should pray. Is anyone glad at heart? He should sing praise [to God].

    ¹⁴Is anyone among you sick? He should call in the church elders (the spiritual guides). And they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the Lord's name.

    ¹⁵And the prayer [that is] of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will restore him; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

 

GOD gave HIS DISCIPLES power to pray for the sick!!!  And that POWER is with us today as believers!!!  WE CAN PRAY FOR THE SICK AND THEY WILL BE HEALED!!! 



Mark 16:18 (NKJV) …they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
