AMEN!!! So Be It!!!

2 Corinthians 1:20 (NKJV) For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

As I said yesterday, we could actually say, ALL THE PROMISES OF GOD IN CHRIST ARE YES AND IN CHRIST SO BE IT, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THROUGH US!!!!!

Every time I read this scripture, I can’t help but think, “YES!!!  So, be it!!!  Let it be done unto me!!!  Let everything that God has said some to pass in my life!!!”

To be truthful, that is what we are saying every time we say, “AMEN!!!”  We are saying, I AM IN AGREEMENT!!!  Let it be done unto me!!!

How wonderful it is to be in AGREEMENT WITH GOD!!!  When we are in Agreement with GOD, WE ARE AUTOMATICALLY BLESSED!!!

SO BE IT!!!!  I AM IN AGREEMENT WITH YOU, LORD!!!!  LET ALL THAT YOU HAVE PLANNED FOR ME BE DONE!!!

WHAT A POWERFUL STATEMENT THAT IS!!!

I can just hear some people right now.  Are you sure that you want to turn every thing over to God???  But what if HE has bad stuff planned for you???

HE DOESN’T!!!  HE HAS GOOD PLANS FOR ME!!!

But how do you know that???

I know that because I read and study GOD’S WORD!!!  That is why I read and study HIS WORD!!!  So, I will know what it says!  I want to know what God thinks and how God feels!!!  I want to know what HE SAYS IN HIS WORD; WHAT HE SAYS CONCERNING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know what God’s Word says concerning you and me???

God says, I have good plans for you-to prosper you and give you a good future!!!  Jer. 29:11

Jeremiah 29:11 (CEV)  I will bless you with a future filled with hope--a future of success, not of suffering.

Do you trust God enough to say, Yes, Lord???  Be it done unto me as YOU have said in YOUR WORD!!!

When I think of 2 Cor. 1:20, and how it says - ALL THE PROMISES OF GOD IN CHRIST ARE YES AND IN CHRIST SO BE IT, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THROUGH US - I think of a very special lady in the BIBLE!!!

I think of Mary, the mother of Christ, our Lord and Savior!!!  What if Mary had said, Oh! No, LORD!!!  I can’t have a baby with YOU!!!

Where would we be???  LOST???  Maybe, but I really don’t think so!!!

I know that God would have found someone else!!!  I know that when we refuse GOD, WE ARE THE ONES WHO MISS OUT!!!

We need to be like Mary and say, Lord, I am willing!!!  So be it!! Be it done unto me according to YOUR WORD!!!

We ought to consider ourselves blessed!!!  Blessed that God would choose us to use us to do HIS WILL!!!

Mary considered herself wonderfully and truly blessed above ALL women that GOD would choose her to have HIS SON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luke 1:26-48 (KJV)

26And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.

28And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.

30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

31And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

33And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

34Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

35And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

36And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.

37For with God nothing shall be impossible.

38And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

 39And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda;

40And entered into the house of Zacharias, and saluted Elisabeth.

41And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

42And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.

43And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

44For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

45And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

46And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,

47And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.

48For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.
