How would you like to experience blessings that you can not contain? Blessings that overflow you!!! Blessings that you do NOT have enough room for!!! I want to be so blessed that my blessings overflow on to all those around me!!!
And YES, I mean money!!! But not just money, but other wonderful gifts from GOD, too!!!
Malachi 3:10 (CEV) I am the Lord All-Powerful, and I challenge you to put me to the test. Bring the entire ten percent into the storehouse, so there will be food in my house. Then I will open the windows of heaven and flood you with blessing after blessing.
Do you know that the Lord says, HE WILL REBUKE THE DEVOURER FOR OUR SAKES???
Malachi 3:11 (NKJV) “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes,
So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground,
Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,”
Says the Lord of hosts.
Who is the devourer??? He is the enemy!!! The devil is our enemy and he is the one that we are warned to be watching for.
1 Peter 5:8 (NKJV) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
What does God mean when HE says that HE WILL REBUKE THE DEVOURER for our sakes???
I looked up the word rebuke in the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary and it means to turn back or keep down : check.
So, if God is going to rebuke the devourer for us that means that HE is going to turn back or keep down the devil, our enemy (the devourer). It also means that God is going to keep the enemy in check!!!
God is going to be watching over us to make sure that the devil does NOT devour (destroy, harm, or cause any problems) in our lives or with anything that belongs to us!!!
Wow, what a promise!!!! And it is given to those who pay their tithes!!! Not just to every other one or to just a few, but to everyone who pays their tithes!!! ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TO BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL INDEED DO THIS FOR US, AND WE WILL SEE IT COME TO PASS!!!
And isn’t is funny how God goes right back to telling us how much He is going to bless those that pay their tithes in verse 12?
GOD SAYS THAT HE IS GOING TO BLESS US SO MUCH THAT EVERY ONE AROUND US IS GOING TO KNOW HOW BLESSED WE ARE!!!
Malachi 3:12 (CEV) Everyone of every nation will talk about how I have blessed you and about your wonderful land. I, the Lord All-Powerful, have spoken!

This is an excellent article. The Word of God is true! I am living the experience of literally not having room enough to receive my blessings! Praise God from whom ALL blessings flow!
I needed this to clarify something God dropped in my spirit and it did just that for me !
We are struggling right now, but also have not been regular tithe payers through our local church. The excuses have varied. I prayed and asked God to show me What ate we doing wrong? We teach our children the ways of the Lord, we take them to church every Sunday. We definitely are no candidates for perfection, but we apologize to each other and our children when we make mistakes. My husband is a hard worker but works temp agencies and the jobs don't last long. He has a felony record and it's hard to get good employment. I have been taking care of the youngest at home. It has been a hard road but we look to God and have been working on our faith and trust in God a lot more lately. We also took our tithe to the church today (a Fruday) and said forget this, we can longer be disobedient to God's word. Pray for us as we continue this journey of obedience.
I wish I had read this earlier, nothing is worse than this confused teaching of "we are no longer under the Law and so is the Tithe" it has misled so many and accounts for almost all the suffering in the Church. Thanks

To God be the glory. This post is just what my husband and I needed. We are on a faith walk believing in the supernatural movement of God. We believe God is going to honor our obedience to his word by keeping his word. Making sure that his word does not return void. Hallelujah!!! I praise God’s name.
