THE LORD GOD, MY AVENGER

Don’t ever think that GOD doesn’t see what is happening in your life or what you are going through.  GOD sees everything and HE knows everything.  And HE NEVER forgets what people do to HIS kids!!!

Deuteronomy 25:17-19 (NKJV)

17 “Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you were coming out of Egypt,

18 how he met you on the way and attacked your rear ranks, all the stragglers at your rear, when you were tired and weary; and he did not fear God.

19 Therefore it shall be, when the Lord your God has given you rest from your enemies all around, in the land which the Lord your God is giving you to possess as an inheritance, that you will blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven. You shall not forget.

Don’t ever think that someone who hurts you has gotten away with it, because they haven’t!!!  When someone deliberately hurts you, GOD knows and HE says that HE WILL REPAY!!!

Romans 12:19 (ESV) Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

The WORD says, GOD is NOT mocked.  Whether good or bad, you will reap what you sow.

Galatians 6:7 (NKJV) Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

That’s why I try to make sure that I sow good seeds!!!  I try to make it a habit to do good things for people.

Unfortunately, everyone does NOT have the mind of Christ!!!  Some folks have evil minds and some folks just don’t know GOD.  Evidently, some folks haven’t ever read GOD’s WORD, because if they did, they’d know that GOD has always protected and defended HIS children.

2 Kings 6:8-12 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

When the king of Syria was warring against Israel, after counseling with his servants, he said, In such and such a place shall be my camp.

Then the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, Beware that you pass not such a place, for the Syrians are coming down there.

10 Then the king of Israel sent to the place of which [Elisha] told and warned him; and thus he protected and saved himself there repeatedly.

11 Therefore the mind of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing. He called his servants and said, Will you show me who of us is for the king of Israel?

12 One of his servants said, None, my lord O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedchamber.
